Yes! Apply 1-2 times a week until skin has acclimatised, and avoid exfoliation during the first 2-3 weeks of use.
For initial use, we recommend that you layer your treatment over a moisturizer (once it has absorbed) to minimise irritation for the first 2 weeks whilst using it 1-2 a week. Afterward, slowly start using it beneath the moisturizer.
Always perform a patch test before using the product. If no irritation occurs after 24 hours, you can apply the product as directed above and gradually increase frequency.
The Ursolic Acid & Overnight Retinal Reform contains 0.05% stabilized retinaldehyde. However, the percentage doesn’t tell the full story of our overall formulation. Our formula pairs retinal with liposomal Ursolic Acid and Niosomal Glutathione, as well as Peptides and Bakuchiol, creating a comprehensive, well-optimized formula that further enhances and boosts results, versus relying solely on a singular percentage of a Vitamin A derivative. This combination makes the product gentle yet highly effective in supporting skin renewal and addressing concerns like fine lines, uneven tone, and dullness.
Due to the Retinal (Vitamin A) content, this formula is not recommended if you are pregnant/breastfeeding. Please always consult with your doctor.
Always remember to incorporate one product at a time, without introducing too much too soon to your skin.

I have been using Sachi Skin since last year and it has truly transformed my skin. I have a natural and healthy glow. Terrible reaction - did not work for me
I really wanted to love this product, but unfortunately it caused a serious reaction for me. I have mature skin that isn’t typically prone to breakouts but I’m careful with what I use and don’t wear makeup. I used the “sandwich” method to buffer it—moisturizer, then a pea-sized amount of the retinol, followed by moisturizer again—just once a week to ease in. This was the only active I was using. After the second application for week 2, I woke up to an alarming reaction: my entire face was covered in bumps, breakouts, and inflammation. It looks like every pore is irritated. While I've had small reactions to eye creams before, I have never had a reaction this serious across my entire face, and I've used other retinol products. It is day 4 post-application and the rash is still very visible and upsetting. I’ve emailed Sachi and am awaiting their response—I hope to receive a refund, especially given the $100 price tag. Everyone’s skin is different, and this product sadly did not work for me.
