Return Policy
We’re confident in our formulations, and we want you to feel the same. If something doesn’t work out, we’ve got you covered with our 30-day return policy. You have 30 days from the date your order is delivered to request a return.
Products can be unopened and unused, or opened and gently used.
To start a return, email us at customercare@sachiskin.com with your order number and the item(s) you’d like to return. Our team will guide you through the next steps and provide return authorisation.
Once your return is received and approved:
- Store credits are issued immediately upon receipt
- Refunds to your original payment method will be processed within 5–10 business days

- Returns sent without prior authorisation may not be accepted
- Sachi Skin reserves the right to reject returns that do not meet the return conditions upon inspection
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable
- Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer
- We recommend using a tracked and insured postal service, as we are not responsible for lost, delayed, or damaged parcels
Refund & Exchange Policy
If you wish to exchange a previously purchased item(s), please contact our customer service team to arrange a return. Once the item is received and approved, we will issue a refund, and you may place a new order for your preferred product.
If there are any damages / shortages / incorrect product placement, please do contact us within 2 days of receipt with your order number, full details of the issue, along with photographs of all packaging and contents. We will help you to process an exchange, gift card or refund for the item(s).
Please allow up to 2 weeks for refunds to be credited to your account, excluding original delivery charges which are non-refundable.
Only item(s) purchased from our website may be accepted for return or exchange. If you purchased our products from one of our authorised retailers, please contact them directly for assistance.
Undelivered Packages
If a package is returned back to Sachi Skin due to an incorrect delivery address being provided or the customer not collecting from their postal office, a re-delivery cost will be charged. Customers will be contacted via email should a package be returned to us.
If you provide us with the incorrect name or address details which results in the parcel being lost or stuck in customs, we unfortunately cannot accept responsibility for this, which may result in you having to place a new order with additional costs. Therefore, we highly recommend you double-check your details before submitting your order to us.
Please notify us of any missing parcels within 30 days in order for us to take further action. If we are not notified within this time frame, it will be assumed the parcel has been delivered with no further pending issues.
