30-Day Return Policy
At Sachi Skin, we’re confident in our formulations, and we want you to feel the same. If something doesn’t work out, we’re here to help.
You have 30 days from the date your order is delivered to request a return. To be eligible for a return:
- Your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused and unopened.
- All items must be returned in their original outer packaging.
Kindly note:
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
- Original shipping costs, insurance, customs duties, and taxes are non-refundable.
- All returns must be sent via tracked shipping to ensure safe delivery.
- Once your return is received and approved, we will issue a store credit or process a refund to your original payment method within 2 weeks.
To initiate a return, please contact our Ritual Companion at customercare@sachiskin.com with your order number and a photo of the product(s) you wish to return. We will guide you through the process from start to finish

Exchange Policy
If you wish to exchange a previously purchased item, please contact our customer service team to arrange a return. Once the item is received, we will issue a refund, and you may place a new order for your preferred product.
Kindly note:
- Only items that are unused and unopened are eligible for an exchange.
- Only items purchased from our website may be accepted for return or exchange. If you purchased our products from one of our authorised retailers, please contact them directly for assistance.
Missing, Incorrect or Damaged Items
If there are any damages / shortages / incorrect product placement, please do contact us within 2 days of receipt with your order number, full details of the issue, along with photographs of all packaging and contents. We will help you to process an exchange, gift card or refund.
Undelivered Packages
If a package is returned to Sachi Skin due to an incorrect address or being uncollected, a re-delivery cost will be charged. Customers will be contacted via email should a package be returned.
We cannot accept responsibility for undelivered packages or customs holds due to incorrect or missing information provided. We highly recommend you double-check your details before submitting your order.
Please report any undelivered packages within 30 days of dispatch, or it will be assumed the parcel has been delivered with no further issues.
