When can I expect visible skin results with your products?

This will vary depending upon the product for some products the difference can be noticed just after one use as some ingredients start work immediately like an exfoliating acid for other products the results will be more noticeable after 4 weeks or 8-16 weeks depending on your skin cycle turnover (which slows as we age). For example, the full benefits of a retinoid are usually visible after a few skin cycles.

Beautiful skin naturally requires the appropriate lifestyle in the sense of a healthy diet, enough water, regular detoxification.

What is the expiry of your products?

Our products will have a best before date on the bottom of the packaging and/or a PAO otherwise known as period after opening. This is represented on the packaging, by a symbol of an open can with a number inside it. For example, 6M (is 6 months). This information will guide you to use the products within the PAO for peak efficiency.

Are your products tested on animals?

No. We have conducted rigorous clinical testing, however never on animals and we ensure our raw materials and manufactures make a declaration of “non animal testing”. This is further verified by our EU Regulator. 

Are your products safe for sensitive skins?

We have done ocular and patch tests on all of our products to ensure they cause minimal irritation and are safe to use. Some of our products will be more suited to sensitive skins than others please check the Suitable For tab on the product page for more information. However we recommend you to always conduct a patch test and wait 24 hours before using any product. 

Are your products non-comedogenic?

We avoid all high rating comedogenic ingredients in our products aimed for blemish prone skins to ensure the products work effectively.

Is it normal to feel tingling when using the Serums?

Yes & No.

Some may experience a tingling sensation upon application depending on the state of the skin barrier and tolerance levels. Generally low PH or acid products can tingle however this usually dissipates once the skin becomes acclimated.

Especially when the PH of the product is lower than the PH of the skin, this can cause some irritation and sensitivities which is usually temporary as the product acclimatizes to your skin and your skin returns to its normal PH. If irritation and sensitivity continues for long we recommend to stop using the product. A tingling sensation is usually experienced with “Acid” related products or “L Ascorbic Acid” (Vitamin C) and can even include some others

Some may experience a temporary tingling sensation upon application due to the nature of “Acid” and “L Ascorbic Acid” (Vitamin C) products but your skin should return back to normal after a while. If irritation and sensitivity continues for long we recommend to stop using the product.

Triphala Pigmentation Corrector 

What makes the Triphala Pigmentation Corrector Unique?

Triphala Pigmentation Corrector is a novel, non-hydroquinone, non-retinol, non-AHA/BHA, non prescription skin brightener that helps minimize the appearance of skin discolorations and hyperpigmentation.

Clinical Studies with Triphala Pigmentation Corrector have shown:

• Skin complexion is more radiant, homogeneous and uniform.

How do I amplify the results of Triphala pigmentation Corrector?

Addressing hyperpigmentation requires a multi-step routine with brightening ingredients maximised in each step or layer to deliver the most promising skin transformative results. We recommend you to pair the Triphala Pigmentation Corrector with an SPF 30-50 daily and retinoids, exfoliants and other barrier enhancing products to enhance Triphala’s performance and increase the rate at which your hyperpigmentation, discoloration and dark spots fade.

We also recommend you reapply your SPF every 2 hours if outdoors and at least 3-4 times to get the right level of protection throughout the day so that all the brighteners can go ahead and do their job. If you are not wearing adequate sun protection you are not only undoing all your hard work you also run the risk of darkening or worsening your hyperpigmentation

What If I do not have any dark patches or discolourations, can I still use Triphala Pigmentation Corrector to brighten my skin complexion?

Triphala Pigmentation Corrector can still be used to maintain even skin tone and overall brighter, healthy looking skin. Triphala balances and regulates melanin in the skin which also makes it a great preventative product that can be used 3-4 times a week to maintain an even skin tone.

When should I be using the Triphala Pigmentation Corrector?

It should be applied after cleansing the skin and prior to applying a hydrator, moisturiser and sunscreen.  If you are using a Vitamin C serum you can replace it with this Antioxidant Vitamin C rich serum or you can layer your Vitamin C serum under if this is a low PH L Ascorbic Acid water serum or over the Triphala pigmentation Corrector if this is a fat soluble Vitamin C derivative or Vitamin C cream. 

It also works fantastically well layered under your Retinoid or Exfoilant treatment.

How often should I apply the Triphala Pigmentation Corrector?
For best results use twice a day, both AM and PM (depending on tolerance). For maintenance and continuous restoration of skin uniformity, use 3-4 times a week.

It can be used on the face, neck, chest or other affected areas like the back of hands etc. It is recommended to be used on the entire face and neck for skin uniformity.

I only have one or two dark patches shall I just use them directly on them?

Please use the Triphala Pigmentation Corrector all over your face and neck for even skin tone rather than spot treating.

Are there any side effects?

As with all of our products we always recommend a 24 hour patch test or 48 hrs and 7 days if you can as this reduces the risk of the chance of any irritation. Please note temporary warm or tingling sensation might occur immediately after application due to the low PH of the product. If any irritation occurs please stop using.

How long will it take to see results?

Clinical Studies show improvement in skin tone in as early as 4 weeks. However for the best results, we recommend at least 8-12 weeks of use whilst avoiding sun exposure, using sunscreen daily and reapplying sunscreen a few times throughout the day.

Do I need to wait after applying the Triphala Pigmentation Corrector for the next step in my routine?

Allow the Triphala Pigmentation Corrector to fully absorb into the skin before applying your Moisturiser and SPF.

Can I use Triphala Pigmentation Corrector if I am breastfeeding, Pregnant, lactating or planning a pregnancy? 

Although we formulated without Retinoids, Salicylic Acid, Hydroquinone and Alpha Hydroxy Acids, we will always advise you to check with your doctor before using this product.

How can I complete my routine to tackle uneven skin tone?

For maximised and amplified results, pair with Complexion Clarifying Accelerator OR Ursolic Acid & Retinal Overnight Reform as well as SPF, barrier support, antioxidants, and cellular stimulating ingredients to support skin brightness and for best results. 

I have sensitive skin, can I still use the Triphala Pigmentation Corrector?

We will always recommend a patch test before using Triphala Pigmentation Corrector. Some sensitive skins may experience mild redness, irritation or peeling whilst other sensitive skins may not experience any of these side effects.

What makes the Complexion Clarifying Accelerator Unique?

Complexion Clarifying Accelerator a unique Dioic Enzyme Acid Blend to address a myriad of problems from irregular skin texture to congestion to hyperpigmentation, enlarged pores, breakouts and fine lines.
It is formulated with a unique mix of large molecule acids, enzymes, clarifiers and brighteners it helps to clarify, retexturize and resurface the skin. However above all a few The results are truly incredible and speak for themselves! Just after one application you will notice how smooth the skin is.

What If I do not have acne or hyperpigmentation. Can I still use this product?

The Complexion Clarifying Accelerator has major brightening effects. Some of the key ingredients like Dioic Acid have shown some wonderful success against more stubborn conditions like Melasma & severe hyperpigmentation. 

It can be used 2-3 times a week or consecutively over 1-3 days for an intense brightening and clarifying effect as the accelerator continues to work into the skin each consecutive night.

For all skin states and tones especially Blemish-prone, Hyperpigmented, Dull, and Oily.

When should I be using the Complexion Clarifying Accelerator?

Apply at night pre moisturiser. Do follow up with an SPF the morning after and a week after that.

How often should I apply the Complexion Clarifying Accelerator?

You can use it 1-3 times a week for retexturing, brightening and clarifying the skin, increasing frequency of use as tolerated by your skin. You can also use it to spot treat for dark spots, blemishes and congestion.  

Where can I use the Complexion Clarifying Accelerator?

You can use it on your whole face for even skin tone but do avoid the eye area. 

How long will it take to see results?

You will see some immediate brightening and retexturing effects after a few nights of application however, with continued use it will continue to help fade discolorations.

Do I need to wait after applying the Complexion Clarifying Accelerator for the next step in my routine?

Allow the gel cream serum to fully absorb into the skin before proceeding to put on moisturiser.

Can I use the Complexion Clarifying Accelerator if I am breastfeeding, pregnant, lactating or planning a pregnancy? 

As the product contains Alpha Hydroxy Acids (AHAs). We recommended that you check with your doctor before using this product to ensure your safety.

How can I complete my routine to tackle uneven skin tone?

For maximised and amplified results, we highly recommend you pair this cream with the Triphala Pigmentation Corrector to more directly tackle hyperpigmentation and discoloration issues to support the skin brightness and youthfulness as well as one of our REFORM products for best results.

I have sensitive skin, can I still use the Complexion Clarifying Accelerator?

We make sure to avoid irritants in our formula. However, due to the nature of acids we recommend doing a patch test on the face before using the product and if no irritation occurs, start 1-2 times a week and gradually increase frequency if your skin does not have adverse reactions to the product.

We also recommend you use a very thin layer over a light cream (buffering use) for your first few applications to avoid the risk of irritation.

Who is Ursolic Acid and Retinal Overnight Reform for?

Ursolic Acid and Retinal Overnight Reform is for all skin states and tones especially for those experiencing signs of ageing, lines, wrinkles, lacklustre skin, uneven skin tone, hyperpigmentation and skin prone to congestion and breakouts.

When should I be using the Ursolic Acid and Retinal Overnight Reform?

We recommend using our Reform products at night only, this includes Complexion Clarifying Accelerator too. This is not mean they cannot be used during the day, however sunlight does degrade Vitamin A during the day especially without adequate sun protection and may also increase your skin’s sensitivity to the sun and further worsen hyperpigmentation concerns. We also recommend that you  always remember to use an SPF daily when incorporating a retinoid into your weekly routine and reapply SPF every 2 hours especially if you are out in the skin. Just reapplying your SPF alone  and diligent adequate application can have a significant impact in reducing melasma, dark spots and discolorations.

How often should I apply the Ursolic Acid and Retinal Overnight Reform?

The use and frequency must always be adjusted to suit your skin state, preference and personal skin tolerance. For best results we recommend using at least 2-4 times a week for repair, regeneration, skin clarity and even skin tone .

What results can be expected from Ursolic Acid and Retinal Overnight Reform?

Ursolic Acid and Retinal Overnight Reform will usually reveal radiant glowy skin within 7-10 days. However to address more specific stubborn concerns like fine lines, wrinkles, stubborn discolourations - retinoids usually show the best results around 3-4 personal skin cycles ( noting that your skin cycle can be anything between 4-6 weeks for example) and the number of skin cycles can vary per person.

Where can I use the Ursolic Acid and Retinal Overnight Reform?

It can be used on the face, neck (in moderation and layered over your moisturizer as the skin on your neck is thinner) and chest (in moderation and layered over your moisturizer).

Do I need to wait after applying the Ursolic Acid and Retinal Overnight Reform for the next step in my routine?

Yes, do allow the cream to fully absorb onto dry skin to avoid any irritation issues.

Can I use Ursolic Acid and Retinal Overnight Reform if I am breastfeeding, pregnant, lactating or planning a pregnancy?

Due to the Retinal (Vitamin A) content, this formula is not recommended if you are pregnant/breastfeeding please always consult with your doctor.

How can I complete my routine to tackle uneven skin tone?

For maximised and amplified results, we highly recommend you pair the retinoid with the Triphala Pigmentation Corrector to more directly tackle hyperpigmentation and discoloration issues to support skin’s brightness and even tone as well as incorporate a brightening exfoliant like Complexion Clarifying Exfoliant at least once a week.

Are there any side effects?

Due to the nature of Vitamin A products, we always recommend that you conduct a patch test and wait 24-48 hours at the very minimum before using any product. Note that side effects from retinoid use can include irritation, sensitisation, dryness, flakiness, tenderness and soreness. Although our formulation includes hydrators and barrier support to reduce the risk of any side effects some may still experience them.

I have sensitive skin, can I still use the Ursolic Acid and Retinal Overnight Reform?

We make sure to avoid irritants in our formula. However, due to the strong nature of retinal, we recommend doing a patch test on the face before using the product and if no irritation occurs after 24 hours, start 1-2 times a week and gradually increase frequency to reduce the chances of adverse reactions (skin peeling, redness, strong purging). We would even recommend for initial use that you layer your Overnight Reform treatment over your moisturiser (once it is dry) to minimise initial irritation for the first 2 weeks whilst using it 1-2/week and then slowly using it beneath your moisturiser. Slowly acclimating your skin to retinoids can help reduce any risk of irritations. 

Always remember to incorporate 1 product at a time, without introducing too much too soon to your skin.

I am a beginner to retinoids. How should I go about using Ursolic Acid and Retinal Overnight Reform?

When you are new to retinoids please ensure you are conducting a patch test first (as noted above to test the product on your skin). Then it is critical that you start slow even if you do not notice any sensitization issues after 2-3 applications as delayed sensitization can also occur with retinoids. Start once a week only, layering over your moisturizing and increasing slowly to twice a week once you feel comfortable.

How do I layer the Retinoid in my routine?

There are many ways to layer your retinoid in your routine.
AM: Use Triphala Pigmentation Corrector after cleansing, and make sure to follow up with a moisturiser and an SPF 30 or above.
PM: For enhanced results pair your Triphala Pigmentation Corrector with Ursolic and Retinal Overnight Reform. Make sure the skin is dry to the touch and apply ½ to 1 pump of your Ursolic Acid and Retinal Overnight Reform over the face and neck after your Triphala Pigmentation Corrector has already settled in.
(*More resilient skins can spot treat with the Complexion Clarifying Accelerator for stubborn hyperpigmentation, blemishes, blemish marks and dark spots)

Moisturiser
If you find your skin is easily irritated by retinoids, exfoliants, sensitive/reactive, then you can apply a moisturiser and wait for your skin to dry before layering Ursolic and Retinal Overnight Reform treatment. Otherwise, moisturise suited to your skin state.
• If you have never used a retinoid product before, begin by limiting use to once a week, gradually increasing frequency to twice a week then every other night, making sure to pay attention to your skin tolerance.
• Always remember to apply a retinoid to dry skin thus making sure all previous layers are fully absorbed before layering your retinoid to prevent irritation.

Orders are processed Monday through Friday. The shipping time may vary. Shipping to the UK will take 2-4 working days while shipping to the US will take 5-12 working days and Europe 3-10 days approximately. Click here to see shipping time to other countries.

A confirmation email will be sent to you after an order has been placed. We process orders Monday through Friday. Orders placed on Saturdays / Sundays or Bank holidays will be processed on the following working day (subject to stock availability). Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with the tracking information for your parcel.

Where can I find my tracking information?

You will be notified of your tracking number via email. A tracking number will be provided which you can use to check the status of your parcel with the service provider.

I entered the wrong address, what should I do?

If you have made an error entering your shipping address or need to make a change, please contact us as soon as possible at customercare@sachiskin.com. We will try our best to ensure the correct delivery of your order.

What should I do if my order has not arrived?

Please email us customercare@sachiskin.com and we will get you in touch with our partner courier.

Will I get charged for a re-delivery?

If we attempt to deliver your order, but you are not present to receive it; we will re-deliver on the next available date. Do note that there will be a re-delivery fee which we will send via email.

What is the return and exchange policy?

We are committed to ensuring that you are happy with our products. However, due to safety reasons, we are no longer accepting returns for unused, unopened products as we need to ensure the products have not been tampered with. We are incredibly sorry for this and we hope to have a more generous return policy back in place at a future date. Also unfortunately, we are not able to offer refunds for products that are used for hygiene purposes.

What if my item is damaged, defective, or incorrect?

If there are any damages / shortages / incorrect product placement, please do contact us within 2 days of receipt at customercare@sachiskin.com with your order number, full details of the issue, along with photographs of all packaging and contents. We will help you to process an exchange or refund for the item. Please take note we are not able to refund the delivery cost.

How are refunds processed?

Please allow up to two weeks for refunds to be credited to your account. Unfortunately we are not able to refund original shipping charges.

Can I change or cancel my order?

Do email customercare@sachiskin.com if you wish to modify or cancel your order, and a member of our customer support team will assist you. We usually process orders as soon as we receive them but we will try our best to help you.

Do you have discounts or promo codes that I can use for my order?

Can I use multiple promo codes?

Only one promo code can be used per order and this will not apply to already discounted items.

The product I want is out of stock, will it be available again?

Yes, please click the “notify me” button on the product page and a pop-up will appear where you will be asked to enter your email. We will email you to let you know once we have restocked our product.

What does pre-ordering mean?

A preorder means that you can place an order for an item that is currently not in stock but will be made available at a later date. The estimated arrival date for the item will be displayed on the product page. Once your order is placed, we will reserve the item and deliver it to you as soon as it is in stock. We will follow this up with a notification email once it is shipped out.

How do I pre-order?

Click on the “preorder” button for the product you intend to purchase and proceed to Checkout as usual. Checkout and payment will be processed as usual and the pre-order payment will be used to secure the item in advance. 

When will my pre-order arrive?

Once you have secured your item, we will ship it to you as soon as it becomes available and notify you via email.

Can I amend or cancel my preorder?

After this period it usually becomes very difficult to make any changes as these pre-order costs will be used to secure the development and purchase of materials supporting your order with us.
